Have you ever wondered what you would do in the event of a loved one’s death, you’re not alone. How would you afford to pay for Funeral Expenses? Wouldn’t it be great if we provided you with a plane ticket to attend the Funeral of a loved Member that’s on the plan?

Wouldn’t it be nice if we transported the Remains of you or a Loved One to the final resting place; no matter where within our coverage areas of the United States, Latin America, or the Caribbean (coverage areas are Haiti, Jamaica, and the Dominican Republic), no matter where the death occurs? Needless to say, there are a lot of things to consider.

EXCLUSIONS: At the time of application you CAN NOT have a terminal illness, CAN NOT have cancer (you are allowed to be in remission), CAN NOT be on dialysis, and CAN NOT have a brain tumor. If the contrary is verified, Proteccion Plenitud, Inc. is not responsible to provide any services described, and no refund will be made.

SPECIAL RATES (Lower Rates States)

1 Member: $25
2 Members: $40
Family Plan: $70 (Up to 7 Members)
Silver Plan: $50 (1 person)
Silver Plan: $70 (2 people)

STANDARD RATES (Higher Rates States)
The remaining United States, and Washington, DC (exception Michigan, North Dakota, Texas)

1 Member: $30
2 Members: $50
Family Plan: $85 (Up to 7 Members)
Silver Plan: $60 (1 person)
Silver Plan: $85 (2 people)

*Plus, a one-time enrollment fee of $30 – applicable to all memberships

Memberships

Small Family

Our Funeral Assistance Membership Small Family Plan covers up to two (2) Individuals, regardless of Kinship for a small monthly rate of $40 or $50. Rates are based on the State where you reside. Ages 0 to 65.

Big Family

Our Funeral Assistance Membership Family Plan (Big Family) covers up to seven (7) people, regardless of kinship, for a small monthly rate of $70 or $85. Rates are based on the State where you reside. Ages 0 to 65, or up to age 80 for a Parent(s), or Spouse.

Individual

Our Funeral Assistance Membership Individual Plan covers one (1) person that has no relatives or friends to add. The small monthly rate is $25 or $30 Rates are based on the State where you reside. Ages 0 to 65.

Special Plan for Seniors

Our Silver Funeral Assistance Membership Plan covers 1 or 2 people, ages 66 – 75 regardless of Kinship.

What to do if a family member or friend on the plan has just passed away?

Call us FIRST immediately on our 24/7 emergency line at 305.326.3907. We recommend you not make any prior arrangements with any Funeral Service Providers.
To expedite the process, have the following information available:

Contract number.
Name of the membership holder.
Landline and cell phone numbers of the person in charge.
Name, age, and relationship to the membership holder.
Cause of death.
Location, phone number, and contact information for where the deceased person is located.
