  • Basic funeral costs within the coverage area
  • Transport of the deceased within the U. S., or to any country in Latin America, and the Caribbean
  • Round-trip airline ticket exclusively for the plan holder
  • Family Plan: Members age 65 or younger can be included
  • Parents or partner of the plan holder, up to 80 years of age, can be added at the time of enrollment
